Delivery
Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland
Standard delivery items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class "Recorded
Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from
you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s)
will arrive safely and direct into your possession. This delivery option
cost £1.99. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days
of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible,
we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. Please be aware that
with this delivery method, your items are not insured. If you require insurance,
please use the Special Delivery service.
Special Delivery to the UK Mainland
We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using the Royal Mails Special
Delivery service. This service is available for all UK orders at a charge
of £5.99 no matter how many items are ordered or free delivery for
orders over £150. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working
days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is
not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.
International delivery
For international shipments we can arrange to deliver your items to you
using Airmail or International Signed For service.
• Airmail service charge £2.99 available for orders up to
£150.
• International Signed For service charge £6.99 available for
orders over £150.
On your own request we can also arrange "international signed for"
that will cost you £6.99 no matter value of order.

To prevent fraudulent purchases , we do not take orders from one country
and ship to another.
Returns Procedure
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then
please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days
of receipt. Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging
and received by us within 10 working days of receipt. We suggest that you
use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish
your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept
responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full
refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within
10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should
your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item
you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE
NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail
(preferred method) and ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the
original packing slip.
In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any
postage costs upon request.
It goes without saying they we cannot accept returns for any intrusive jewellery
(such as earrings, body jewellery etc) that has been worn for hygiene reasons,
unless the item is faulty.
Any weights and measures are approximate. All of our jewellery comes in
one of our jewel bags.
