Chrysocolla

Chrysocolla is a semi-precious gemstone found wherever copper deposits occur, especially in areas of the south western USA, Chile, Zaire, Australia, France and England and is frequently confused with turquoise. Chrysocolla found in the Gulf of Aqaba near the north western end of the Red Sea is often referred to as “Eilat Stone” and is a variegated blue and green mixture of Chrysocolla and other copper minerals. Chrysocolla jewellery calms, cleanses and re-energises all the chakras. It heals heartache and increases the capacity to love, encouraging self-awareness and inner balance.
